The Bass Guitar Masterclass

What is it?

This is a course designed for intermediate bass guitar students and is a 20-hour Bass Playing Masterclass covering scales, modes, harmony, groove, bassline construction and improvisation. The aim of this course is to unlock your ability to play confidently across the neck, understand how scales and modes relate to harmony, develop solid timing and groove, and create musical basslines in a wide variety of styles.

Lessons are typically delivered weekly to allow practice time between sessions and will be arranged at the convenience of both tutor and student. If lessons are missed, they can simply be rescheduled so no learning is lost.

Our Curriculum

Using the minor arpeggios to create solid basslines, fills and simple improvisations over minor chord progressions.
